Cuustomer is a Belgian start-up, whose focus is the cost reductions for companies. Branding itself as the first “Purchase as a Service” solution on the market, Cuustomer strives to become the Belgian reference in cost management across the country. The company also offers a free platform to allow comparison between B2B product and services suppliers.
The whole concept goes by the mantra “by Entrepreneurs, for Entrepreneurs”, since its creation in 2019 by Florent Hainaut, the founder of the Bridgewater consulting firm, we have been accompanying the young Cuustomer along its run. After forging the brand’s identity, our main contribution was to design the User Interface of its B2B platform, alongside its management tool.
The community mindset surrounding the project, driven by the professional minded social media LinkedIn and its content creation, allowed us to obtain a large number of quality orientated feedbacks. In turn, Cuustomer got a chance to listen to its future users and clients, and to orient itself in the right direction for its development. As of now, we still accompany the brand in its day to day communication.
