Cuustomer, a Belgian start-up, assists companies in managing their costs more effectively. The firm provides a unique "Purchase as a Service" solution, aiming to be a helpful resource for cost management within Belgium. Additionally, they offer a free-to-use platform for comparing different B2B product and service suppliers.

Incepted in 2019 by Florent Hainaut, known for Bridgewater consulting, Cuustomer has been working closely with Fabergast. We had the opportunity to aid in developing their brand identity and designing the user interface for their B2B platform and management tool. Using a community-centric strategy, we have employed LinkedIn's professional community for content creation, collecting essential feedback to direct Cuustomer's progress.
