Adegan's Armory, an e-commerce platform, caters to fans with its selection of lightsabers, cosplay outfits, and related accessories. The business stands out as the European distributor for Sabertrio, a brand celebrated for its beautifully crafted lightsaber hilts and superior craftsmanship. In 2022, Adegan expanded its offerings with a variety of products made in France, underlining its dedication to local partnerships and suppliers.

We were entrusted with the task of equipping Adegan's Armory with a sustainable strategy and a robust sales framework in line with its brand development goals. The project necessitated detailed work on brand identity, harmoniously coupled with an evolution in their communication approach. The website was initially built on Webflow before being transitioned to Shopify via Udesly, a decision driven by Shopify's established capability for medium-sized e-commerce operations. Within five months, the updated website demonstrated impressive performance, surpassing its predecessor's full-year performance.
